ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Note: Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT + 1) will begin processing on the next business day.

- US: 12–21 Business Days
- Asia, Africa: 14–24 Business Days

- Asia, Africa: €15.99
- Free Shipping on any order over €100
An estimated delivery time will be shown on the order confirmation. Final delivery is often handled by the local postal service. Actual shipping time may vary depending on their service. During peak seasons and periods of high demand, carriers may require an additional 5–10 business days for shipping.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has gone into production. If you need to update it, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order via the email address at the bottom of this page or fill out the Contact Form.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, you will be responsible for the payment processing fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
TAXES & DUTIES
Our product prices include all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. You will not be charged any additional fees upon receipt of your order.
