At MeetSneaker, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to be careful and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

30 Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Return Policy Eligibility
Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty.
- The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
- Other mistakes caused by us.
Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@meetsneaker.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number, a clear explanation of the issue, and pictures of the errors or damage (if applicable).
- Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and aim to respond within 2 business days with instructions for return shipping, including a return label if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- MeetSneaker Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped), MeetSneaker will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to customer preference or an error not caused by MeetSneaker (e.g. you ordered the wrong size despite reviewing our size chart, or simply changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
Refund Policy
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- When your item qualifies as eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
- Original shipping costs from your purchase are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs incurred by MeetSneaker for customer remorse returns will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@meetsneaker.com.
Exchanges
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you. But just in case, read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and emailing us directly with your order number:
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty.
- The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
- Other mistakes caused by us.
Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement product.
